I warmly recommend Bodyslide for any additional standalone outfit mods. The CBBE main mod includes the required bodyslide files, so you should be able to simply select your custom body shape, select and build the body, then select the vanilla outfits group and build them all with the batch build option. In bodyslide, you must then select your custom body shape and Build the CBBE body as well as all the outfits. If you plan to use Bodyslide and use a downloaded or created custom body shape, you need to first install CBBE, then Bodyslide. If you wish, you can overwrite them with your choice of CBBE compatible outfit mod(s). The provided outfit meshes are vanilla-like. Just install, select the desired preset and you're done. Your mod manager should do all the work for you. It contains the meshes for the body and every vanilla outfit. If you plan to use one of the CBBE presets (slim, curvy or vanilla), all you need is the CBBE mod.
